Please be informed that the "Hanamore" website will be temporarily suspended during the following times due to system maintenance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■ Maintenance Schedule (JST)
Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12:00 AM to approx. 6:00 AM (Late night of Friday, September 11 to the following morning)
Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 12:00 AM to approx. 6:00 AM (Late night of Saturday, September 12 to the following morning)
Monday, September 14, 2026, from 12:00 AM to approx. 6:00 AM (Late night of Sunday, September 13 to the following morning)

If the maintenance is completed earlier than scheduled, service will resume immediately.
During the maintenance period, an "Under Maintenance" message will be displayed on the website.

■ Important Notices
Items left in your shopping cart may be reset (cleared) during the maintenance. We kindly ask that you re-select your items after the service resumes.

If the maintenance period begins while you are in the middle of the checkout process, your order may not be completed successfully. Please ensure that you complete your transactions by 11:30 PM on the day before each maintenance period (i.e., by 11:30 PM on Friday, September 11; Saturday, September 12; and Sunday, September 13).
