User Guide

Ceramic vases: To prevent cracks (water leakage) due to drying, add water occasionally.

Please do not rub the gold leaf, gold leaf, or handwritten areas too hard, or use a scouring pad or cleanser on these areas, as this may cause damage to the special processing. Also, if water droplets get on the mosaic-processed areas, please wipe them off as soon as possible.

Bamboo products may crack if exposed to direct sunlight or dried out by air conditioning. Also, any moisture remaining on the product can cause mold to grow, so after use, drain the water, dry it in a well-ventilated place, and store it out of direct sunlight.

Floor board/tanza: Avoid using or storing in places exposed to direct sunlight, high humidity, or extremely dry places.

Please avoid twisting the scissors from side to side or cutting hard objects such as wire, as this may cause the blades to chip.
After use, wipe off any dirt or moisture, apply oil to the front and back of the blade, and store in a place with low humidity.
If the blade becomes dull, do not continue to use it and have it resharpened.

Prepayment by credit card or payment slip (Payment at a post office or convenience store).

The payment slip will be sent by the payment agent.

Please pay within 14 days of receiving the payment slip.

If you wish to cancel your order, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your order number in the purchase history on your customer page and contact us via the inquiry form or by phone.

If you use a credit card, the data we receive from you is encrypted, ensuring complete confidentiality.

The ordered products will be delivered to the specified address by courier or post.

If you pay by credit card, your order will be delivered in approximately one week from the date of your order. If you pay by prepayment slip, your order will be delivered in approximately one week from the date of your payment.
However, there may be cases where it takes longer to deliver your order due to a high volume of orders.
Please note in advance. Although we have sufficient stock of products, there may be cases where we are unable to deliver due to stock shortages.
We will contact you if this happens.

Additional orders may not be shipped together with previous orders.

If you are in a hurry, please contact us. An additional handling fee of 1,000 yen (909 yen excluding tax) [1,500 yen (1,364 yen excluding tax) for Okinawa Prefecture, Hokkaido, and remote islands] may be charged.

Please note that rush delivery is only available on weekdays and we may not be able to meet your request.

Products will be delivered from our shipping centers in Osaka or Kanagawa. Please note that depending on the contents of your order, your items may be delivered separately.

If we are unable to deliver the product due to it being out of stock, we will contact you.

We take every precaution when handling our products, but if the product is damaged (cracked, etc.), defective (deformed, discolored, leaking, etc.), or different from the product you ordered,
Please contact us within one week of receiving the product.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago or that have been used.

Orders for name-engraved scissors, custom-made seat covers, custom-made bases, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products other than defective products.

Some vases are handmade from ceramics or glass, so size and color may vary from piece to piece.
There may also be uneven color, crazing, dimples, glaze drips, and tiny black spots caused by ash adhesion during firing.

The colour of the product shown may differ slightly from the actual product.

Please do not use Ikebana tools and accessories for any purpose other than their intended purpose.

If you wish, we can wrap even one item as a gift or souvenir, and can write your name on the outside (for a fee).
*An additional 220 yen (200 yen excluding tax) will be charged for packaging (per item).
*An additional 330 yen (300 yen excluding tax) will be charged for packaging and gift wrapping (per item).
*Small items will be sent in a gift bag (gift envelope or bag with Ohara School logo) (free of charge).

Shipping and packaging fees for vases, small items, and books are free outside of Okinawa Prefecture.
・Okinawa Prefecture will incur an additional 500 yen (455 yen excluding tax) for shipping and packaging.

■We do not recommend ordering via regular email, as it is not protected by the above security measures. Orders made through any site other than the Ohara School online store "Hana Moa" will not be accepted for credit card payments.
