Thank you for your continued patronage of "HanaMore." We are pleased to announce the renewal of "HanaMore" to provide you with a more comfortable shopping experience.

With the transition to the new system, we would like to inform you about necessary procedures and convenient features. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.

1. Transfer of Previous Account Information

Information for customers who registered as members on the old "HanaMore" (Japan domestic version) has been transferred to the new site. However, to protect your personal information, we kindly ask you to "reset your password" and "confirm the transferred details." Please note that the old "HanaMore" (for overseas use) is not subject to this transfer.

Procedure Flow

  1. We have sent an email titled "Activate Your Customer Account" to your registered email address.
  2. Please click the "Activate Account" button in the email.
  3. Set a new password and confirm the transferred details to continue using your existing membership information.
  4. If there are any errors or changes in your information such as address or phone number, please correct and update them.

If you check "Receive notifications from Ohara-ryu," we plan to send you various announcements from Ohara-ryu via email in the future. Please register.

Note: If you have not received the email, please check using the following method.

How to check if you haven't received the email

  1. Click the person icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.

  2. Enter the email address registered with the old "HanaMore" and click the "Submit" button.

  3. You will receive an email titled "Reset your customer account password." Click the "Reset password" button in the email.
  4. Set a new password. After setting it, you will be logged in.
  5. After logging in, please check the transferred information such as your address on the account page, and correct/update any errors or changes.

If you still don't receive the email

Please check your spam filter and spam folder. If you still cannot find it, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form.

2. How to Log in and Register Addresses

Registering frequently used delivery addresses in advance will make your shopping experience much more convenient.

  1. Login: From the person icon in the upper right corner of the screen, enter your email address and password.
  2. Account: After logging in, go to "Account" where your name is displayed.
  3. Confirm/Register Address: Click the "Check/Edit Address Book" button, then click "Add new address" and enter the recipient's address (name, phone number, address), then click "Add address."


3. How to Shop

You can make purchases without registering as a member. However, by logging in to make a purchase, you can use various convenient features such as checking your order history, using the address book, purchasing Ohara-ryu member-exclusive products, and purchasing qualification-exclusive products.
Please note that some products cannot be purchased on this online store "Hanamore." We apologize for any inconvenience.
Specifically, these include "Hana-gata Cards (card-style textbooks)" (English and Chinese versions) and "Booklets for Advanced Students (Shakei Moribana Shizen-Hon’i, Rimpa-cho Ikebana, Bunjin-cho Ikebana, Shohin-ka)" (English and Chinese versions).

About the Icons in the Upper Right Corner of the Screen


Selecting Products

  1. Select Product: Click on the desired product image to view details.
  2. Add to Cart: Click the "Add to cart" button.

Confirming Cart and Proceeding to Checkout

  1. Check Cart: Click the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen and confirm the contents. If you need a gift wrap or a "noshi" (decorative paper strip), you can add them on this screen (→5. About Noshi and Gift Wrapping).

  2. Proceed to Checkout: Click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
  3. Enter Contact and Shipping Information: Enter your email address and shipping address. The address will be automatically filled in when you enter the postal code. If you are logged in, you can select a saved address.
  4. Select Payment Method: Choose from credit card or payment slip.

  5. Confirm Order: Review the details and click "Confirm Order" to reconfirm.
  6. Complete Order: Review the details and click the "Complete Order" button to finish.

If you need a receipt: Please check "Include receipt."
* If "Include receipt" is checked and no recipient name for the receipt is entered, the registered name will be used as the recipient.

Gift Delivery (Multiple Destinations) Settings

For gifts, it is possible to deliver products to multiple locations with a single order.
* This setting is limited to delivery addresses within Japan.

How to set up:

  1. Check "For multiple destinations" at the bottom of the cart screen.
    If you want to send to multiple locations, check "Request gift delivery."

  2. When "Request gift delivery" is checked, a form will appear to allocate products and quantities for each destination.
    Click on the "Delivery Destination" text, enter the shipping address, and click "Save and Close." Set the quantity of products to be sent to the entered (specified) address.

  3. To send to multiple recipients, click "+ Add recipient" in the lower right corner of the screen and set the delivery address and quantity in the same way.

  4. Once the settings are complete, click "Proceed to checkout."

Convenient feature: If you register the recipient's address in "Check/Edit Address Book" in your account beforehand, you can simply select it next time to complete the setting.

4. Favorites (Wishlist) Feature

The new "HanaMore" now allows you to save items you are interested in as favorites. Simply click the "☆ (star) mark" on the product page to add it to your list, and you can review and purchase them all at once later.

5. About Noshi and Gift Wrapping

If you wish to have gift wrapping or "noshi" (decorative paper strip) for your gifts, please add them from the "Noshi/Gift Wrapping (Paid)" section on the cart screen, or add the products from the Gift Wrapping/Noshi category to your cart.

  • Wrapping only: Please add "Wrapping (per item)" to your cart for the number of items you wish to have wrapped.
  • Wrapping + Noshi: Please add "Wrapping + Noshi (per item)" to your cart for the number of applicable items.
  • Name on Noshi: Please enter the name to be printed on the "noshi" in the "Special instructions/Notes regarding order" field on the cart screen.


* The color and appearance of the wrapping paper may differ from the photo. Please be aware of this in advance.

6. Payment Methods

You can pay using the following methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover
  • Payment Slip (Prepayment): Please pay at a post office or convenience store using the payment slip delivered by the payment委托 company. Please pay within 14 days of receiving the payment slip.
  • * For credit card payments, all communication is encrypted for secure use.

    Regarding Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please check your "Order Number" (starting with #) from your purchase history in your "Account" (person icon in the upper right corner of the screen), and then contact us via "Inquiries" or by phone. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    • Flower vases, being ceramic or glass products, may include handmade items, so sizes and color tones may vary individually. There may also be color unevenness, crazing, indentations, glaze drips, and black spots due to ash adhesion during firing.

    • Do not use ikebana tools and accessories for purposes other than their intended use.
