About Product Delivery

The items you ordered will be delivered to your specified address via courier or postal  service.
・For credit card payments, delivery takes approximately one week from the time of order.  For payments made via prepayment slip, delivery takes approximately one week after  payment is received.
 Please note, however, that delivery may take longer during periods of high order volume.  We appreciate your understanding.
・Please note that additional orders may not be able to be shipped together with your  previous order.
・Please contact us if you require expedited service. A separate fee of 1,000 yen (909 yen  excluding tax)—or 1,500 yen (1,364 yen excluding tax) for Okinawa, Hokkaido, and  remote islands—may apply. (Within Japan only)
・Expedited shipping is available on weekdays only. Please note that we may not always be  able to accommodate your request. (Within Japan only)
・The product will be shipped from our distribution center in Kanagawa.
・If the person placing the order and the recipient are different—such as with a gift—we  can include the purchaser's name in the remarks section of the shipping label (normally,  the sender field lists the order center's information).
 If you would like this service, please indicate so in the "Special instructions/remarks  regarding the order" field on the checkout screen.

Checking Your Order and Returns After Delivery

・We take the utmost care in handling our products; however, should you receive an  item that is damaged (e.g., cracked), defective (e.g., deformed, discolored, or leaking),  or different from what you ordered, please contact us within one week of delivery.
・In the event of a return or exchange due to customer preference, the customer is  responsible for the shipping costs.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used  or for which more than eight days have passed since delivery.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Please note  this in advance.
