Hiroki Ohara × Iida Kasaten Flower Bag (Small)

Produced by Hiroki Ohara, Iemoto (Headmaster).
To commemorate the 130th anniversary of the founding of the Ohara School, we collaborated with Iida Kasaten, known for their custom-made umbrellas using original textiles, to create a special flower bag.
The waterproof fabric is printed with popular umbrella patterns depicting plants from Iida Kasaten, as well as an original Ohara School pattern designed by Iida Kasaten to celebrate the 130th anniversary.
All aspects, including print dyeing, waterproofing, and sewing, are made in Japan.

【Design Variations】
・Ohara School 130th Anniversary (Small)
To commemorate the 130th anniversary of the founding of the school, Iida Kasaten created an exclusive pattern for the flower bag. It depicts elements surrounding ikebana, such as plants, flower scissors, kenzan, and vases.

・Flowers of the Forest (Small)
Motifs of flowers and berries blooming in the forest.
The slightly stylized plant illustrations and the elegant, bright color scheme are stylish.

・Pressed Flowers (Small)
Pressed flowers deliberately flatten three-dimensional flowers into two dimensions. This brings out the beautiful silhouette of the plants more effectively. It is a delicate and gentle pattern with the impression of a botanical illustration.
